DEPOSIT RECEIPT

On ____________, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit was received in the amount of ________ towards the total purchase of ___________ for a Male/Female miniature schnauzer. The balance of cash in the amount of _________ is due in full when the puppy is six weeks of age (in the event you are shipping), or by eight weeks of age if the miniature schnauzer is to be picked up. A Sales Agreement/health guarantee will be provided. If the miniature schnauzer has not been picked up and the balance has not been paid within seven days of due date, the deposit will be forfeited by the Buyer and the miniature schnauzer will be available for resale. At the Breeder’s discretion, a refund can be given or the deposit may be applied to another puppy now or in the future.
SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS BALANCE.
On some rare occasions, the breeder may wish to exercise her right to retain possession of said puppy. On this occasion, the purchaser can require a full refund of the deposit or application of the deposit towards another puppy. This also applies if the puppy is ill or unhealthy.
